Step by Step Instructions
To Review Procedures, start by logging into the mobile app. Tap Review Procedure.
Enter or scan the equipment's ID, or Search By Location.
View the equipment's current status. Tap Next.
View the Lock Method, Devices, Lock Verification, and Notes for each Energy Source.
Use the comment and photo icons at the top to leave supplemental information of your review.
Tap Next.
Once you have reviewed the Lock Steps for all Energy Sources, tap Proceed.
View the Unlock Method, Devices, Unlock Verification, and Notes for each Energy Source.
Use the comment and photo icons at the top to leave supplemental information of your review.
Tap Next.
Now, finalize the review:
- Optional: Leave an Overall Comment of this Procedure.
- Optional: Adjust the Next Review date, which auto-populates to one year from today's review.
- Tap Complete.
A History of all Reviewed Procedures can be viewed in the web app.
