Once your Procedures have been created, they can be Executed in the mobile app. This creates a History of the equipment's status, so you can track when it has been locked and unlocked.

Step by Step Instructions
In the mobile app, tap Execute Procedure.
Enter or scan the equipment's ID, or Search By Location.
View the equipment's current status. Scroll down to view any images of the equipment. Tap Next.
Select the employees who are authorized to lock/unlock this equipment. Tap Start.
View the required Action, Devices, Verification, and Notes to lock/unlock this equipment. Swipe to lock/unlock the equipment.
Please note: If a comment or photo is required to proceed, you will receive a popup notification when you swipe.
If necessary, leave an Overall Comment. Otherwise, tap Complete.
