When reviewing data in the web app, you may have filters you frequently use. If the web page you are viewing (such as History) supports saving Views, you can apply those filters, then save them as a View to easily access later.
If the web page supports saving Views, then you will have a View menu on the grid toolbar:
To save and access a View, start by applying your filters.
Next, save this as a View:
- Click Views.
- Click Save As.
Next, enter the View details:
- Give this View a name.
- Optional: Make this your Default View.
- Click Save.
You can make several Views to access later:
- Click Views.
- Click Open.
- Click My Views.
- Click a View.
