Energy sources including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, chemical, thermal, or other sources in machines and equipment can be hazardous to workers. The Energy Sources list allows an administrator to manage the various Energy Sources that are available when building your procedures. Using this function, you can set the default verbiage to use for Lock Method, Unlock Method, Verification etc. which simplifies the creation of your procedures. You can also set what color is associated with the Energy Source, and this color will be displayed on both the app and printed procedure.

Step by Step Instructions
To add an Energy Source, start by logging into the web app:
- Click the cog wheel.
- Click Energy Sources.
- Click New.

Now, enter the details. (Please note: The Methods, Verifications, and Notes are used to default verbiage on the procedure for each Energy Source.):
- Enter a Description.
- Optional: Enter a Magnitude Type.
- Select a Color to represent this Energy Source.
- Optional: Enter the Lock Method.
- Optional: Enter the Lock Verification.
- Optional: Enter the Unlock Method.
- Optional: Enter the Unlock Verification.
- Optional: Enter Notes.
- Click Update.

To edit an Energy Source, highlight the Energy Source and click Edit.
To remove an Energy Source, highlight the Energy Source and click Delete.
